My name is Bruce Bedore and I have been a Minnesota resident since 1981 and an Edina resident since 1994. I have 2 great kids:Justin and Geneva ages 10, and 13. I have a Bachelors degree from Northern Arizona University and I currently have been investing in real estate properties since 1998 and have several rentals in the area.

 

My expertise is in the single family dwelling and rental markets in the southwest metro area, as well as strong market knowledge of the entire Minneapolis.St.Paul metro area. I believe that we have a dynamic market here in the Twin Cities and I feel that with my knowledge and abilities that I can prove my clients with expertise that they are looking for in our market place.

 

I am dedicated, hard working, and enthusiastic and motivated. My talents include the ability to listen, communicate effectivley, negotiate, solve problems and motivate others. I believe in treating clients with respect and honor.
